Jan is the current coach of the Dutch National Korfball team, who recently won the World Cup (again).
We talk about the 3.5-year process leading up to this victory in a sports tournament where the level of competition varied heavily between opponents. Jan shares his vision, ways of communicating with the staff and team, and setting evolving goals to ensure a climate of high performance.
