The issue with patience and discipline

The problem with patience and discipline is that developing each requires both of them.

Unless what you are trying to develop patience with or what you are trying to become more disciplined in itself is enjoyable. Fun. Worth it. The thing you would do anyway, even if nobody were watching.

Then, on your inside, developing patience and discipline would feel like a walk in the park.
